Who we are

Telemedia Solutions LLC (“Telemedia Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is an independent, authorized retailer of residential and small-business communications services. We are based at 5080 Spectrum Dr, Ste 1000, Addison, TX 75001, and we sell nationwide by phone and online.

We are not the provider

We are not AT&T, DIRECTV, Optimum, Frontier, Spectrum, or any other provider named on this website, and we are not owned by, operated by, or a subsidiary of any of them. When you order through us, the service, the equipment, the installation and the monthly bill come from the provider you select, under that provider’s own terms of service.

Our role is to check what is actually available at your address, explain the plans each provider offers there, and place the order on your behalf at the provider’s own pricing. We do not add a markup, a service fee, or a booking fee to what the provider charges.

How we are paid

We are paid a commission by the provider when a customer we refer activates service. That commission comes from the provider, not from you, and it does not change the price you pay.

Commission rates differ from provider to provider. We disclose this because it is a real conflict of interest, and because you should read every recommendation on this site with it in mind. To limit its influence on what we publish, our editorial pages are written against the standards described in Editorial Standards and researched using the process described in How We Research Internet & TV Providers.

Some providers featured in our comparison and guide content are not providers we sell. Where that is the case, we label it, and we earn nothing if you choose them.

They are used to identify the services we are authorized to sell and for descriptive, comparative purposes only. Their use does not imply that any provider endorses, sponsors, or has reviewed this website or its content beyond the authorization to resell their services.

Pricing, speeds and availability

Plan pricing, promotional rates, post-promotional rates, speeds, equipment fees, taxes, surcharges, contract terms and early-termination policies are set by the provider and can change without notice. Availability varies by address, and in many cases by unit within the same building.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the figures on this site current and to date-stamp them, but the provider’s own offer at the time you order is the one that governs. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of service at your address.

Advertising

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Advertisements that lead to this website are placed and paid for by Telemedia Solutions LLC as an authorized retailer, not by the providers themselves, unless an ad states otherwise.
